Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for shopping with us, if you are unhappy with an item we will gladly exchange it for a different size or for in store credit if your item is eligible for return.

Items eligible for return:

-return must be made within 10 days of receiving 

 -Items must be unwashed, unworn, in same condition as received, and in original packaging with tags attached 

-items must be free of any odors, pet hairs, or stains (including deodorant & makeup)

(We have the right to refuse any return not following these guidelines, and customer must pay return shipping)

-Clearance items, accessories, jewelry, bralettes, preorders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE 

STARTING A RETURN/EXCHANGE: 

-Please email us at theboutiquebybp@gmail.com with the subject labeled RETURN to start your return

-Once return is confirmed please package your items back up neatly in original packaging with shipping invoice (returns will not be accepted without original shipping invoice) 

-Customer is responsible for return postage and we are not responsible for any items lost in transit

-Once we receive your return please allow 4-6 business days to issue in store credit or size exchange

Local Pickup Returns:

-Same policies are in place for local pickup returns (must have original receipt for returns NO EXCEPTIONS)

-For local pickup returns please bring items in our store located at 13 N Cedar Ave Suite 104 Cookeville TN, 38501
